My goal is to live on the intersection of Psychology and Design, creating frictionless user experiences by day, and feeding curiosity by night. From aspiring communications designer to hospitality seer to organizational psychologist, my background is deeply rooted in understanding people.

I’ve worked in government agencies building stakeholder buy-in for change management efforts, led union staff in “The World’s Most Famous Arena,” conducted interviews to increase employee engagement in a Fortune 500 company, and standardized smooth onboarding and offboarding experiences in tech start-ups. All that has taught me how to listen and ask the right questions.

My love language is in Futura and my star sign is a Tourist (usually with my trusty dSLR). In my free time I’m an apple pie baker, fried rice artist, RPG gamer, and fantasy football manager. I enjoy lifting weights and spirits.
